I’m certainly not arguing that the YRC companies are the best BUT- the only company that jas the same health care and a pension is ABF. They make about $3 an hour more. If someone wanted to go there, couldn’t blame them. UPSF pays for healthcare and has a company pension plan. All the nons pay for healthcare and seem to have yearly deductibles.

At ABF you don't understand what they did to their pension members didn't either they pulled a fast one on them its frozen at 2018 contribution rates now so over the years going forward they will get less of a pension different plan like us at 25% of 2009 rate.
