How many centers are having mandatory meetings on Thursday?

    Aren't Thursday meetings COO?

    NHS is, anyone else?

Dunno bout Thur but we have meetings scheduled for Tues...appears a bunch of big wigs will be in town although those meetings aren’t mandatory, that means low turnout...but then again, mandatory meetings also result in low turnout.

We generally split meetings between 2 days. AM employees on Tuesday, PM on Wednesday. These are running all day on Thursday. If memory serves, that is the format for major announcements...

Our's was last week if it's the same, hour and a half with the regional safety man. He said he was having them with every center in his region.

Yeah, I don't mean to start any rumors, I'm still suffering PTSD from the Merge days, so meetings freak me out - especially one's with vague MANDATORY MEETINGS - EVERYONE MUST ATTEND titles.

Honestly, would a second line denoting the topic be that difficult?

I think meetings should be in the evening so the guys running pm side dont have stick around seems like everything is done around daytime.

From what I’m being told it’s the annual winter safety meeting with probably other things being sprinkled in

My sources tell me,Big Dave, and his entourage from Coop Dispatch will be showing up at meetings,at some undisclosed locations promoting safety, answering questions about the company move towards incorporating his patented,Coop Dispatch system, into the city operations, and also giving guided tours of his hat.His administrative assistant,Donna, and chauffeur,Wong, will be assisting him too. Wong will speak to drivers about proper driving on wooden streets.....

We had a big meeting Tues.

6 VPs visiting, since they were in the area for a leadership conference in CLT.

VPs from H/R, Equip. Maint, Regulatory/Legal compliance, International, N/E Region, and Mexico.

    Lots of good general info...

Perhaps the most interesting to this group: Board approved funding (big number) for safety systems, air disc brakes, new forklifts, captive beam pups, and 200 straight trucks, this year.

Mandatory meeting in Sac on Thurs with SCM. Those historically have not been to hear good things.

There are a lot of centers affected. Let's post the runs gained/ lost here? It's been 4.5 years since we've had a change of operations at this center, I guess we were overdue.

FYI - never trust Thursday Mandatory meetings!!!

We lost 17 night runs, gained 8 day runs. 4 drivers are allowed to follow freight. Everyone's job is safe...

The changes are said to save over 10 million annually. I can't wait for that bonus check!
