FedEx Freight | Master Freight agreement

I hope when you guys become teamsters that you guys become part of the master Freight Agreement, and not a stand alone contract like ups/upsf. Everyone is watching this movement by brave men and women who are taking a chance, and will change Freight for many years to come.
 
They will do the same thing as UPS/UPSF master freight is dead nobody negotiates the way master freight was suppose to be negotiated and nobody wants to be bound to another company.

That will never happen,the workers or the company don't want that. IMO.
 
The MF Agreement is a dinosaur. To restrictive. It is gone anyway. The best you can hope to have is a regional or national agreement for Fed Ex. Power in numbers. The MF Agreement is one reason why deregulation happened. There was no way the politicians could allow another national strike which would shut the country down, since we all know, everything moves by truck. The politicians had no control over the Teamsters so they could do nothing about the contract so they took another angle. They opened the door for anybody to move freight at any cost they wanted. That led to the non union movement and the destruction of the freight industry. Unless and until, we circle the wagons we will always be red headed step children. We can bring this industry back to where it once was but not by doing nothing. WE must act now. We must work together and the only way that happens is with representation and on a united front.

No legitimate response/argument/discussion or are you really just a LOSER! Well you chose the name so that says quite a bit. I guess you have just accepted your position in life.
