Seriously though, this is the 4th of 5th time you've been so positive about this. If he does, I'll take it, but he won't. It's more important to pay dividends to billionaires and buy back stock than to give us a raise.
In reality I heard there’s a .70 pay raise coming in February.
We're still behind after that.

$0.70 doesn’t even cover the destruction of our medical, prescription, dental and vision insurance. Needs to be about 4 times that!

that's ridiculous and embarrassing,get a raise and still be behind competitions scale before they get theirs,typical Conway/xpo...............OD just got a bonus from trump's tax plan,and when they overperform such as we did,they get THOUSANDS put into their retirement plan,last year several of their drivers told me the same amount so it sounds true,they said like $2800 was put into everybody's retirement
If you work for XPO , don't you get contributions to your 401k?

Behind some and ahead of others. OD might be highest, but no OT. Dorhne or Standard might be among the lowest, possibly under $20.00. If we get 70 cents this year that would be consistent with the last raise. Perhaps the reason we haven't been offered a windfall bonus because of the new tax cuts is because the company isn't as well off as they claim......
