I have my own authority. My question is we have a smaller truck that I can do some short runs with. Can I use my MC# on that truck? If not what do I need to make it legal?
You'll most likely need to talk to a lawyer. I do know that if you are going interstate you will be fine. Intrastate will vary from state to state (it used to anyway).
I think I will give the D.O.T a call tomorrow. There is not much going on right here next to the holidays but they are some good hot shot loads that are coming in. The loads thats coming in are intrastate in south carolina. I hate to just give good paying short loads away.
