Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) said over the weekend that he's getting lots of pressure to run for president again, but that "it's not on my radar."

McCain said previously that he's considering running for reelection when his Senate seat is up in 2016, when he will be 80 years old.

I highly doubt that many people want him to run again. I would vote for Magoo before I vote for McDipwad.

Let's see...twice the GOP has run a "moderate" presidential candidate, once an amnesty proponent and once an ACA proponent and both times they handed the presidency to Obama....Yeah, let's try it one more time.

I respect McCain for his military service especially his time in the "Hanoi Hilton". He could have been freed a long time before he was released but he stood tall & didn't cave in. That being said he definitely isn't up to a run for president.

It's a shame you guys don't appreciate what you have in McCain.
I don't often agree with him and he too easily favors a military action
but the guy is the real deal and extremely fair, upstanding and honorable.
He has a tons of quality's you would want in a President except he's a Republican and therefore shows bad judgement.

That you don't like him is the reason Republicans are losing.
It's not McCain thats off tilt,it's you guys.

and look what Perry is pushing
Perry calls for compromise within GOP:
'In his first trip back to Iowa since his failed presidential bid in 2012, the Texas Republican told “The Fine Print” that the tea party and establishment wings of the Republican Party need to come together in the interest of winning elections.“If you can't win elections, you can't govern,” he said. “Stand up for what you believe in, but at the end of the day, electing individuals who are going to implement good economic and social policies in this country is the goal.” Vote for Magoo
Perry pointed to the government shutdown as a distraction that contributed to Republican candidate Ken Cuccinelli losing the Virginia governor’s race last week.":438:

    ------------------------------------------------------------
That from the guy who hinted at Texas leaving the Union LOL
Oh well if Perry can get in line you guys will shortly follow
(maybe not shortly but before the next Presidential election anyway)

I think all the 'please run, John' letters came from Hillary's staff...

My idea is: Christie for DEM Prez Nominee, McCain for DEM VP Nominee. They belong in that party, and their candidacy might stop Hillary....

Grahamnesty can be their Second of State. Boehner can run their Economic Cave-Ins. He's already experienced....

So..you only voted for Obama because he had a Dem next to his name but, you preferred McCain?? Did I hear that right??

And if Perry actually said that about the Va race...he's an idiot

Juan McCain needs to be put out to pasture, not put up for President. That idiot could get 10% of the vote this go-around. He's proven that he's a bigger idiot than we thought he was last time. I'd rather vote to continue the collapse of our Country via the Democrat Party, than vote for him.

John McCain is a democrat on the republican ticket, the only reason he registered as a republican was so he could get elected to office. If he had ran as a dem he would still be on the unemployment rolls.
