MECHANICSBURG, Pa. NEMF Conway Truckload And Suv Fatal Accident

When will drivers start paying more attention to their surroundings? Running into vehicles stopped in front of you is hard to defend
 
I see the woman killed was from Pittsford NY which is an upscale community about 20 miles east of where I live.
It looked like that SUV may have been pulling a trailer,I saw a mangled John Deere riding lawnmower,in the crash.

To bad all the way around for the victim,all of her friends & relatives.
Also the NEMF driver who I am sure is regretting his error in judgment.
 
That New England Motor freight driver could face criminal charges as well, let alone losing his job, being jailed/fined. Not to mention the Millions of $$$dollars he just cost his company in Lawsuits. These kind of accidents have put some trucking company's out of business.
