Pension Warriors, please see the message from Vice President Biden recognizing how important union workers and retirees' pensions are to his campaign and to our Country. As we are sure you know, during many campaign stops, he has said he will fight to keep our pensions.

Attached is a letter that we sent to Vice President Biden yesterday, as well as the Democratic leadership. Hopefully a pension solution will be included in the next stimulus package or year-end spending bill, but if not, and Vice President Biden wins the election, we need the Biden/Harris Administration to include us in the "First 100 Days of Joe Biden". Once we get past Election Day, we will see how to proceed.

Com'on man. 70+ MEPF's have gone bankrupt over the past decades. biden had 47 years to fix union pensions.

An oldie but goodie, biden, obama, byrd, rockefellers failure to remove FEDEX EXPRESS from the Railway Labor Act. It is truly a sad thing when a DEMOCRAT PRESIDENT, VICE PRESIDENT, FILLIBUSTER PROOF SENATE and HOUSE prevented any chance of them from becoming unionized. Thank the DEMOCRATS for the lack of success in getting FEDEX unionized. Not to mention the fact that fedex had just ended their express employees pension, making them ripe for unionization. Perhaps Bob, Sherm and Mike could comment on the DEMOCRAT treachery, concerning Jim Oberstar's FAA reauthorization bill. Past behavior is an indication of future behavior. Biden did nothing to help FEDEX EXPRESS employees with their pensions in 2008, didn't help the Teamsters unionize them. I see no reason to think biden will change his stripes in 2020.
