milk delivery

I have friends that have. Around here depends on the company you work for. 2 are no good. They two wheel everything, even tractor-trailer loads to grocery stores and are paid commission (one pays really low). The 3rd has commission drivers in straight trucks doing smaller accounts and their hourly trailer drivers pull off on carts though they're in the process of switching to palletized loads (may have finished the switch by now).
One of the guys I know didn't like it because of the early morning hours, the other loves it because it's an easy job. It's a union outfit (the others in town aren't), benefits are great and pay's about avg for the area. I've thought about going over there myself but don't want to work Saturdays and have been where I'm at long enough that I don't want to go backwards on vacation time.
