FLORENCE, Miss. -- Severe weather might have caused a fatal accident involving a United Parcel Service worker.
The accident happened on Thursday morning on U.S. 49 and U.S. 469 near Florence.
Witnesses said it all started when a car ran into the back of the UPS truck.
Authorities said the truck driver got out to check on the car that ran into him.
Witnesses said another vehicle struck the worker shortly after he got out of the truck.
