Is it normal for the P&D drivers to start at different times every day? Or is it limited to terminals that don't have enough personnel to handle the load?

I got a question for you, do you work retail and have to check the shedual each night. Or Has R+L gone they way of U---n? and now you have to call in everyday?

Sounds like your TM is trying to keep his numbers down as far as payroll hours vs. revenue.
That's my guess anyway.
To answer your question, No, that's not normal. Start times around my place are pretty well set in stone.
If anything we have guys starting earlier than scheduled.
