Heres the latest report on the JB Hunt driver allowing this train to crash into his semi.

That's THE PROBLEM with authorities: They think about doing something which actually means they have no idea how to proceed until mommy or daddy tells them what to do which in this case is the Train Company.

Sheriff's deputies said the truck driver, Frank White Jr. of Graham, is charged with a crossing signal violation and injury to railroad property.

The injury to railroad property is the main issue here, not that the driver is incompetent.
At least (to borrow from 12 step programs) he had a moment of clarity by jumping clear before destruction.

I'm sure he'll get to pay for the injured train as well as the other property and if he's very lucky (negative sense), jb shunt will charge him for the Combo as well as black balling him from trucking.
Graham being next to Burlington, at least he didn't have very far to go home.[/SIZE
