Bigger than the last year? A company only does these drastic changes when their backs up against the wall. They fired the ceo, president, ect...ect...sounds like the old "back to the basics" theory the new reign of terror is implementing. Still not making money ? Or they have finally sold?
The slaughter has begun.
I know the short time I was there,it is way over-managed.Way too many bosses..
Any news of anyone leaving this week? Few of the old sales people still there. Where are the replacements coming from? This shsould tell you something.
Heard from someone in the know thatthe no-compete forms are back. Sign it or leave. That will clear out the staff.

Isn't that the whole idea of the no-compete???? They are legally binding.
They really cannot enforce it , but it makes employers uncomfortable and puts fear in the reps heart so they stay loyal....funny thing is that employer will drop you like a bad habit at any time for any reason......simply put, put your family first and look at your best interests.
Loyaly only lasts so long. They would be fools to think they will be around after cheaper replacements are found.
All the drivers i have talk to have said they are looking for another job . They need more money for what they do . That's sad !!! The writing is on the walls people ... That new guy can't even meet with the drivers .. He has no time for you ... The local trucks are getting old ... Just like the drivers ... I'ts going on sixs years without more moneys ...And they just don't care .. Keep working 70 hours suckers !!! No time and a half ...
Sales guys are probably doing the same thing. More work. Less pay. More demands.
