NEMF
Tom Hartley of Harrisburg, Pa., has been named manager of quality and corporate compliance at NEMF (New England Motor Freight).
Stationed at the company's terminal in Camp Hill, Pa., he will be responsible for ensuring that proper systems are in place and used to their fullest capacity, and that the company's technology is realized to the fullest extent.
Hartley joined NEMF in 2003 and has been the terminal manager for NEMF's Hagerstown location. Prior to that, he was an account executive for Eagle Global Logistics.
