Hi guys just hired in Pottsville, Pa.DC and i was wondering how long orientation lasts and when i will be able to go out on my own? What can I earn in my first year?

I start orientation at a different location next Monday. I was told that the first week would all be in class at the DC. They said the second week a driver trainer would ride with me. I suppose the third week I will be on my own.

Banker you are correct...You can make anywhere between 75-100k ur first year. Depends on how hard u wanna work.
