Torso is four inches shorter and arms are 6 inches longer after dragging one. Viagra is helping out with the other part I'm struggling with

2 1/2 years ago, I weighed 346 pounds. It wasn't so hard to get the nose down then. Today, I weigh 162 pounds. I can't get the nose down by myself anymore.

here at sefl we have same problem ,dollys came in with no handles, what a pain in the azz,so we got the shops to weld handles on them and made it a little better handling them
