Oh yea so I know you have to be home more. I keep hearing from a couple guys that work there that they rarely stay out, like 90% of their runs are out and back, but these are guys that have been there for a while.
Yeah with new guys I hear it's a crapshoot. Sometimes home everyday, sometimes out all week, and sometimes a mix.
