I hope that they stay Conservative on the uniforms, I don't want to wear the clown uniforms like some of the other LTL"s are required to wear. How many times do you have to have the company name on a uniform!!! (Sarcasm)

Not sure. They didn't talk about p&d because none of those guys were in the meeting. I imagine it'll be the same increase they've received the last few years because linehauls is the same

85 cents on the P&D. Also a half percent on the 401-K match, third personal day and the ability to roll over 1 weeks vacation to the next year. You can also cash in up to 5 vacation days if you need cash.

On the 5 day cash in week you'll need to work a full week. If you work 4 days, you can't cash in 40 hours on that same week. Vacation pay isn't luxury taxed like unused personal days

If you have more than 3 yrs experience and have been with the company less than 3yrs, it will apply. According to my TM.
