It's slow at our barn right now , sometimes I wonder!!
How much on p&d?
I hope that they stay Conservative on the uniforms, I don't want to wear the clown uniforms like some of the other LTL"s are required to wear. How many times do you have to have the company name on a uniform!!! (Sarcasm)
Not sure. They didn't talk about p&d because none of those guys were in the meeting. I imagine it'll be the same increase they've received the last few years because linehauls is the same
85 cents on the P&D. Also a half percent on the 401-K match, third personal day and the ability to roll over 1 weeks vacation to the next year. You can also cash in up to 5 vacation days if you need cash.
On the 5 day cash in week you'll need to work a full week. If you work 4 days, you can't cash in 40 hours on that same week. Vacation pay isn't luxury taxed like unused personal days
Heard they’re gonna change the starting rate based on experience. 2 years of LH experience you start off and 2nd year rate and 3 years you start off at top pay.
Those who started late this year with 3 years or more will also get this.
Does this only apply for people that start this year? I've been hear two years but had 18 yrs in ltl before I came.
If you have more than 3 yrs experience and have been with the company less than 3yrs, it will apply. According to my TM.
Heard an Estes driver say all future raises will performance and attitude based. True?
I got a 12¢pm raise so it's probably true
So is 2cpm official? I know they tend to put the wrong numbers out at first. They do it every year.
There was a memo posted on kentucky and WMX saying runs will be posted today. Anybody terminals have runs posted up yet?
Bids were posted when I came into work today.
2 cents for linehaul yeah. And bids went up tonight at my terminal.
Ok, cool. Did they add runs to ypur terminal?
Added one linehaul and 2 hubs at my domicile.
We're up about 7 linehaul and 1 hub run.
Are you out of 093?
