the proof of a strong legitimate company is employee retention especially in management and sales..if u were to look at nemf the last year you would see a ridiculous amont of new hires in sales and management...they do know something you dont !
once again, someone who doesn't work for this company and never worked at the terminal in question knows all. This TM was just like our last one, a do nothing that made bad supervisor hires. You can't sit at a desk and stare at the ceiling all day while the nuts run the asylum.
With some of the problems I have had in CLE, it did not surprise me that the recent TM is gone. Whether it was his choice or not. I understand that it was a mutual agreement.
