You had said that there were a lot of no votes coming out of 034 and I expected a LOT of no's here at 042. So how did it go through as 2-1 for yes? I mean, I wasn't there when they opened each envelope, but I am sure it was well supervised. Did that many guys just "say" they were voting no and really intended to vote yes?
