As always, eloquently and accurately stated. The "entitlement" attitude that is infecting our society, as a whole, is a huge contributing factor to the plight of YRCW.

Elwood, this illustrates exactly what must occur. "If your expectation is returning to full compensation, then it is also your responsibility to perform at the highest level in all aspects, as well as encouraging and demanding all around you to perform at such a level."

decisions are made hundreds of miles from the work, even on the dock. new procedures are implemented with no consideration of why it is being done the way it was(eefb).new hires are given no training on how to load to prevent damages, new supers just pull down the door and cut partials that wont ride, even if a few deck bars on the rear would fix it. no training for weight distribution at all. large dock but manpower all works in a cluster.
old junky plywood trailers are loaded out to the farthest points. no airlines for bagging at heavy doors, incorrect nozzle, used bags don't hold air anyway, etc etc. and make sure your senior most guys end up on crappy bids, because it boosts morale. tm morale that is

    2007 Stock Price $195,491
    2017 Stock Price $12.22
2 Reverse Stock splits, this makes the list as the worst performing stock over the past 10 years
YRC Worldwide shares have lost 99.89 percent of their value between January 2004 and January 2014.

I thought everyone around here was talking about having their pants yanked down? Maybe that's why they need to pull them up! Although that'd be super weird if everyone was going to work without pants. I mean, you've gotta remember your dignity sooner or later, right?

Of course, I could just be horribly confused. That can happen when your daily dose of Wong is too high.
