    Really?
    Just like that?
You think all the companies MAKING the sleep apnea products are just going to rollover accepting such decision without compensation?

    More soon to the story.

Seems the easiest way to act. Get maximum with minimal expenses.

What about these D.O.T. Testing facilities?
Maybe they'll "go along to get along" or decide it's in "their best interest" to do what they have been doing: implementing their own rules until ordered to concede therein still affecting drivers with effective yet pointless "medical" assaults.
    Just some cogitating.
    CHEERS!!

I've heard they are leaving the decision up to the dot doctor as to whether or not they feel you need a sleep study. So instead of criteria deciding the doc gets to decide.

I think they are saying it won't be mandatory in Trucking but it's an option to all who may need it
