Just a thought what happened to a cdl holder that loses his cdl due to a medical condition like diabetic and has to work the dock the rest of his yrs there does he stay at his pay rate or have to go down to $16 like this new proposal says what if he hasen't got to top pay yet does he go down or keep going up to top pay this could happen to anyone of us don't see anything in writing to protect the person that one reason why we need to vote no on this dumb a--- proposal we keep, going backwards instead of forward everything keeps going up but our pay let's all stand on this and vote no send them back to the drawing board they keep getting those hefty bonus on the backs of us they are not going to shut down alot of you newbees don't remember the old days when we all stood strong lets get back to those days the economy is picked back up they will not close truckers are in big demand so the pay needs to go up not down if we stand strong we will win come on brothers and sisters vote no merry Christmas to all
