Bismarck, N.D. (AP) A truck driver escaped injury early this morning when a pumpkin shattered his windshield.
The Highway Patrol says someone tossed the pumpkin off an Interstate 94 overpass about five miles east of Bismarck.
Patrol Captain Mark Bethke says authorities don't consider it a prank. He says it's serious, because someone could have been killed.
