The owner of a stolen 2002 Cadillac Sedan on Monday helped lead police to his car – and the two men suspected of stealing it - by tracking the vehicle on a Global Positioning System. The two men were arrested just before 1 p.m. after leading officers on a brief chase which ended in a four-vehicle crash involving a UPS freight truck, a city bus, the Cadillac and a Honda Accord.
