Georgia Highway Express out of Atlanta Georgia. I worked for one of their subsidiaries in Michigan back in the seventies. The rest is now history:
"GHE had changed their name to Transus in the early 80s and Transus was acquired by USF Dugan in 1996. YRW acquired USF Dugan and their old equipment (Transus/USF Dugan) is now with Yellow, Roadway, USF Holland, and USF Reddaway".
