If you're ever in Whitestone, Queens, NY...there's a CF pup sitting right off 678 on Linden Place. Been there for a good 2 years now. Bring your own tools and a flashlight and make a midnight sale out of it.

The guy who owns the tire/repair service at the Oasis Truck Plaza at Richland, Mo. on I-44 at the 145mm has a pup with all of the signs still on it just sitting there. He'd probably sell the signs cheap.
