Or beating his head against the wall. Crap rolls downhill, and you can’t yell at drivers for fear they will quit (already short handed in a lot of places). Can’t tell upper management “how it is” cuz they don’t want to hear it (besides, they are omnipotent and have all the answers anyway). Thankless job.
