TForce | Open Invitation to UPSF from APWA

I know I'm way over the hill compared to you.
But when I was a Teamster everything in the contract package was worked out to the hourly wage.
Even though the pay was so much an hour base, with over 8 per day for overtime.

The whole package was considered as what you actualy totaled per hour.

I also know that you say I was in the old Teamsters union, maybe the new Teamsters use different terms to express themselves?

Here I am posting with my truckingboard friends, and co-workers to keep up with the latest news,on a real nice sunday, after coming home from church.

Now you want to split hairs with me in terminology?

Come on give me a break,I'll try and stay away from the stuff you know all to well for me to keep up with you.

Hows that?Are you happy now?
I can only hope?

Who's splitting hairs here?

Seems like you were the one to split the first hair with your reply to cityboy, doesn't it.

You always have something to interject on the negative side when it involves a teamster subject, so I'm here to make sure I get in my rebuttal, pretty simple old timer, right?

Have a nice evening, I know I am

This is TDU crap.

This is not a factual site, it's full of anti-teamster propaganda.

This site has been a laughing stock since it started.

Where's the link to the Central States Fund explaining their side of the story.

Come on if your going to post something about a certain something at least have something from that certain something.

TDU is not a Teamster affilated organization, and carries not merit.

Might as well posted some dribble from APWA, they hold just about as much water.
T251 I believe WM has given you factual info but you refuse to listen because of the soarce. Try this link maybe it will verfy what he says www.centralstatesfunds.org If we are wrong please set us strait instead of going off on a tangent. Really uncool man:argue:

Sounds like the Teamsters have made your choice for you ......No links to APWA allowed but plenty of Teamster links.....It Shows their bias...

What tangent?

Do you know what a tangent is?

I know what a tangent is and I think he is referring to your post as being irrelevant. Here is the defanition of Tangent!!!

I don't understand why anyone would want to take a chance with an organization that asks you for money before they even represent you. By the way, If what I have read from their website is true, they don't presently represent anyone. Why take a chance with some fly by night organization, that represents no one, when you can be represented by an organization that represents 1.4million hard working Americans.
This is really a no-brainer. :duh: :duh:
I'm with you the APWA needs to go back in the hole they came out of..We are gonna get a very good contract for everyone out of Indy..APWAgo stick ur head in the ground ..you are so full of lies :realmad:

The APWA is like the stock market. Its a huge gamble. Would you gamble your familys future, Wages, Medical, Pension on a stock that is so new and unknow to the public? They rely on your donations to survive or they will end their campaign. Their is no mention on how many members they have. Being an organization within Ups only, I would say the amount of members Financial support is small. Is the risk worth it. I THINK NOT.
