I wanted to know does anybody on here work out of that terminal?

I wanted to know are you guys short drivers and how do they treat you and what ever else you can add please do?

we have had 5 drivers hire over the last three weeks.You can call the terminal and ask the terminal manager or operations manager.as far as how we are treated,each of us view how we are treated differently.I personally like where i work and know what to expect.I would have to say it can not be to much different than other carriers around Orlando.

Is that because of turn-over, or just more driver's are needed. Do you know what's the average starting pay.

turn over here is pretty low ,these are additional drivers to keep up with the increased inbound.one of the new city drivers started at 16 per hour and will top out in two years.not sure how much each raise is and when they occur to get you there.top out is near 20.

Thanks dmtorl, also do the city drivers only drive in orlando or do they go all over Florida?

All of Brevard ,All of Orange ,Southern Volusia, Most of Osceola, and South Lake counties
