there is something going around about osha going to a terminal and finding the only violation was the pin missing from holding propane tank on the forklift from twisting around! Cant believe that was all they found.we Have been told it was a10,000 dollar fine. I can not think they didn't find more.It was 10,000 dollars because it wasn't the first time. They would have A field day at or place.It's only A matter of time before someone is REALLY hurt!!!!
