If they fill the cargo hold on this trike, are the tires & frame rated for the weight? And, how do you lock the cab of the trike? Someone could steal it while the driver is getting a signature on the 13th floor. And if used in a congested downtown area, what about all the homeless people. Being broke like usual, they might drive it to the nearest pawn shop & try to pawn it. If anybody has the 'deliver by bicycle' program down pat, it is the bike messengers of Manhattan, NY. UPS should do a study. Might save them a couple of pennies. von.

On the other hand, if I was still working I would be hooking my set @ the Wal Mart DC in Seymour, IN. But now being retired, I have waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to much time on my hands, so I post. Idle hands, idle mind. von.

It seems like sitting on that bike seat everyday for that many hours would be bad on the prostate.

Motorized bicycles are not required to have seat belts. why would you want to be strapped in to that? You won't see any seat belts on new tri glides or spyders either.

California Wants its Dairy Farms to Capture Methane and Sell it as Truck Fuel

    http://www.ttnews.com/articles/anal...-farms-capture-methane-and-sell-it-truck-fuel

"Its law limiting methane emissions on dairy farms was passed last year but does not mandate any action before 2024. In the meantime, the state is trying to persuade hundreds of big dairy farms to install contraptions known as methane digesters.

These are basically heavy, lagoon-covering tarps that trap the gas."

Now hold on here a minute. Is that Trike classified as a CMV? UPS is a business & the Trike is being used to deliver freight. But, since it never leaves the state, is the Trike exempt because it is Intrastate, NOT Interstate? Also, how do you get a Base Plate for a Trike? Being people powered do ya need a IFTA Fuel Sticker. Just wundering. von

Don't need an IFTA sticker( no fuel) and it does not have to be a cmv to be involved in interstate commerce.

Von,f you notice the chin strap under the helmet, this is attached to the top and is an option for a seat belt.
Coop Dispatch uses this same option on the Gold Hotel.

I noticed it’s front wheel drive so it should go good in the snow and the 3-wheel disc brakes should prevent spin outs...and the windshield must be produced by rain-x!!

Yep, the front wheel drive reduces jackknives by 15% also.
