The story says the truck backed in, they unloaded the hot tub, then after the weight of the tub was off the trailer, all the sudden it was too high??? Hot tub must have weighed 42,000lbs?By the picture, I am gonna say the container hooked the steel beam and pulled it out.
And I checked with big Dave Outwest. It was not a coop truck.

Gotta be more to the story... Wooden blocks front or rear to level deck to dock? :scratchhead: Otherwise it makes little or no sense, unless it touched going in, hooked coming out... :idunno:

Think your right. I have noticed sometimes some of their stories sounds like a bunch of big riggers sitting at the coffee counter, and each trying to out do the next with,”you ain’t gonna believe this ” !!!

Freight employees rejected a contract in October even though Teamsters leadership recommended it for approval.

Workers will begin voting Nov. 7 on what the union called a “final offer,” with results set for Nov. 11."

"But the bigger story may be wage growth, which has been the missing piece of the economic recovery. Average hourly earnings increased by 5 cents an hour for the month and 83 cents year over year, representing a 3.1 percent gain. The annual increase in wages was the best since 2009."

Interesting how prevelent brake problems are out there.

I think FXF would not be an exception to the percentage because of amount of old pups. Think of the rusting nose stands, P1, and non P trailers.

Had a trailer for 200 mile run with the brake chamber hanging off at the loading dock.
Last driver failed to post trip AND yard jockey.

Lots of trailers with ABS light on, not sure anyone fixes those.
