I know linehaul bids on their runs, but how do you guys bid for p&d? At your barn do you bid on runs, tractors, start times??? Or do you get told how its gonna be?? One guy gets 7hrs and others get 14.
City drivers bid on start times usually. My old terminal before I transferred would actually bid on the routes. It was a small terminal though. 15-20 drivers.
