Current top pay is $26 per hour with overtime after 40. Starting pay is around $4 less and it takes two years to top out. There is a raise at 6 months and a raise at 1 year and then the final raise at the 2-year mark. Of course that doesn't include yearly cost of living increases.

Average start time is too difficult to predict because each terminal runs differently according to their individual operational needs. At my place the bottom guy starts at 11 or 11:30 a.m, but those just above him start at 10 a.m. I have heard about all kinds of strange bids that new guys get put on at different terminals, so you would have to ask the terminal manager about that specific terminal's start times.
