The first thing I would do if it were up to me is throw that useless pos right back at these morons and make them re-write it in layman's english so even a truck driver could understand it and get rid of all the lawyer mumbo jumbo bs. Along with everyother contract and legal document.
That 212 pages would get reduced to 2!

So.....the "leather asses" MUST take a MANDATORY 30 minute break between the 3rd and 8th hour of being on duty......that should be interesting.....KK

To the leather asses who have a problem with taking a 1/2 hour break to use the rest room or to kick your tires, get on with swift or jb they will let you drive 14 hours with no breaks. They will give you instructions how to unplug the people net. I enjoy my break and it's a safety issue. I have been driving long enuf to know that it doesn't pay to run at that pace, you can take your break and still be on time. Happy holidays.
