BULLSKIN TWP. - A tanker truck carrying about 15-tons of milk flipped onto its side Wednesday about 100 feet from the Prittstown Road and Route 982 intersection in Bullskin Township.
Truck driver Terry Senft Jr. of Somerset said he was only going about 25 mph when the 9:10 a.m. accident occurred.
"I just made the right-hand turn onto Prittstown Road when I saw a truck stopped in front of me," said Senft. "I got over to the right a little bit more and the berm of the road gave way and the truck rolled onto its right side."
Senft, who has been driving milk trucks for about four years, said he was not injured in the accident. He also said that his truck was more than half full at the time of the accident.
