PINE GROVE MILLS -- A wayward truck crashed into Kline's Garage at the base of Pine Grove Mountain on Wednesday, killing a man inside the fourth-generation family business.
Garage owner Mark Kline said he was working on a van inside when the northbound truck -- a medium-size hauler -- plowed into the building just before 2 p.m. He dove for cover and was uninjured, he said. "Everything came down around me."
The truck driver said that he had lost his brakes on the mountain, according to Kline. The roadway bore no fresh skid marks.
