We just had an emergency meeting at our barn. Apparantly conway is going to reinstate the pension program and give us back the 10 sick days. Along with these benefits they are going to reduce the time it takes too get top rate to 2 years. We no longer are going to have the apprentice program because conway figures we are going to be able to hire experienced drivers. Oh wait it's April 1st right?
