Perdue Partners Acquires Benton Express

Global trading company Perdue Partners has aquired Atlanta-based logistics and less-than-truckload carrier Benton Express.
Perdue Partners intends to build on Benton’s strong LTL presence in the Southeast and invest in the company’s energy and infrastructure, said former Georgia Gov. Sonny Perdue, one of the founders of Perdue Partners.
Transportation financial advisory firm EVE Partners assisted in the transaction.
