My sympathies go out to the people affected by the shooter in yesterday and today's workplace violence. Let's remember it's only a job, not life and death. Jobs can be replaced while ppl cannot. If your job upsets you so much that you want to injure or kill someone then maybe it's time to go into a different industry.

Was the shooter simply insane or infuriated by some perceived injustice?

Should leadership start wearing bulletproof vests?

God bless all involved. Hoping for a swift recovery for your employee. Our employee wasn't so lucky. This whole situation is just sad.
