According to upper management at roadway, phase II change of operation will be hung up in mid october. phase III will also go as planned in 2008.
phase II goes as far south as Orlando (which will also include texas) and south florida will be in the 3rd phase.

whats with all these phases? This is where we implement utility drivers I'm assuming? I guess I never saw the memo. Texas is in Phase II huh? What other states/locations are in it besides Florida and Texas?
