You are 100 percent right on!
I think this a reflection of the velocity system in place. Hurry, hurry, and hurry some more and someone else will put a bar up. Plenty of times I open up a trailer to a mess there is usually space on the floor to just set the skids down. This is not rocket science.
Putting bars up? = L-A-Z-Y....
At least you con see the roof, not topped out with 20 or 30 #85 lb.20' long cartons like the loads ABF pulls everyday, not only accepted by management, but encouraged. Load factor is all that matters,to Hell with damage.
Another fine mess you got me into.
I ran one of our music city velocities last night and the load I brought up looked similar. Nothing braced.
It all comes down to YRCW has succeeded to RUIN Holland , with being the LOWEST paid & taking away weeks vacation time & pay & pension and Driver's are just worn out from 60 plus hour weeks cause, no body will apply at our low wages , so at this rate can't really seeing Holland making past 2019 ...........................................r.i.p.
Got a call from Donna this morning, partner. She said she will give you and I, 15 percent of her commission, for any Holland guys we can get to go gold!!!
Does she get her commision from CRST or Hat Dispatch LLC,? Big difference you know.
Donna said, The Hat gets enough accessories for his customized chicken coop, so he doesn't get any of this....
Ok ,Sounds good ,I'll talk to a few guys Friday !
Sherry is going to -30%. Although I don't think Donna cares....
Thanks Mud. I wish I could figure this out. My pics in my photo album are not side ways. Boy I've got a good one coming up. Somebody will recognize this pic.
Maybe post the picture upside down ¿¿¿
Another fine load from the idiots in BU. Came into SB yesterday. Sorry the pictures are sideways. Bent the load bars, bars came out of the walls damaged the paper and damn lucky it didn't shoot out the door on its way in.
