Picket California Too!!!

The Union fights on. Now picketing in California! :smilie_132: I would like to thank ALL of the Portland and Auburn Teamsters for holding strong. OHFL did not expect that OUR Drivers would have such loyal customers to us and not OHFL. They thought 40% would cross. It did not happen. But they did get all the worst drivers after they suspended all the requirements and rules they had for getting top quality Union workers. Carney Drivers, Rendering truck drivers, and the bottom of the bucket so called employees that crossed the picket line because they are weak and the slowest delivery drivers out of the bunch. Many of them had their wife nagging at them to go back to work SO.... when they should have reached into her purse and got back their balls they put their weiner between their legs and crossed the picket line. OHFL red trucks are setting parked as no freight is moving. Will the VPs wake up??? lets hope so while we can still get back the customers that are loyal to the drivers and not the company.

The customer -driver relationship to company sales has really fouled up the plan. In the past number of years every positive thing happening has been credited to Ron K and his idiotic numbers game or our equally lackluster sales dept. Anytime problems have arisen they were attributed to the evil Teamsters which fed the VP hatred of us. Maybe the company needs to take a long hard look at who the assets are as far as the customers are concerned . Get back to real driver sales and service and cut out the nonsense. Times are tough and they need the Teamster A-team to make one hundred years and beyond. Really guys take a good look at the personnel records of the guys who crossed and the so called permanent replacements then ask Ron K. what he's done.

I am sure there are a lot of loyal custome who are willing to come back nut without a good 5 year contract some may hesitate. They do not want to keep going thru this. Hopefully the VP's have been around long enough to figure this out. They didn't think you guys would do it this time now they know you will do it again if necessary,

Rumor has it Big Dave V visited the LA terminal today only to be greated by 35 teamster picketers. It has been reported that only 5 trucks left the yard today. Is this the hot market that is sooooooooooooo busy that they have run out of empty trailers and they are carrying the rest of the northwest that is out on strike? Wake up you California drivers and join the union.
