Returning portland drivers are finding out that there senority
is being thrown aside. The replacement drivers and drivers that crossed the strike line now have the senority over drivers that have worked for ohfl for for 5,10,15 years etc. Besides not having a contract and the pension and healthcare issues still unresolved, now they want to throw this in our faces. Oak Harbor has not changed a bit in there moral and ethical treatment of there employees shame on them for continuing down this path.:Duel:

These conditions you are describing are not what Oak H and the NLRB
agreed to and the NLRB is aware of what is going on.
Either you follow what the Courts tell you or? :chairshot:

ALL Oak Harbor Teamsters should be "religiously" keeping records of when the company is abusing them. Don't just let this slide. Make a record and give it to your BA or Sec. Tres. Yes, the court system is slow, but in the end, you'll come out on top!!
