In all fairness to Xpo I liked to give everyone the opportunity to post something they feel has been a change for the good since Xpo has purchased us. Reasons you like Xpo better than Con-way and reasons you feel we as employees will benifit from the newer ownership that are better than when we were Con-way.

The weekly match in the 401K. Con-way used to hold that money for 3 months before giving it to you. Which cost you money and made them money. Also the addition of the ROTH IRA in the retirement plan

After a year or so of not offering a company back stock purchase program , one is available. Also , you can get enrolled in after tax Roth IRA through T.Rowe Price.

We got a bunch of new 48' vans and new forklifts with auto adjust forks.

I get my pay 2 days sooner. As for the paycheck fu*k ups they have gotten worst so I hear. I checked my stubs and twice have been overpaid.

Not if you factor in what you lost in healthcare coverage both years. But if you want to leave that factor out to feel better about it I say go for it if it works for you.

Or that they only kicked us up because we were so far behind and everyone else was on their way up. Sure wasn't done because we deserved it.
