Is OD the highest paying in line haul?
As far as I can tell, yes. The drops/hooks/fuel may be piecemeal and the delay pay may only be $10/hour, but I think you’d be hard pressed to go find another job running linehaul and at the end of the year make as much as we do.
I know out west UPS and FedEx make more. But not by a huge margin.
What's the top mileage rate these days?
Now if they would at least improve the ot policy we could say the same for city.
.6568 in the upper right.
Fedex and UPS have higher mileage rates but you’ll only drive 300 miles a night and work the dock there unless you’re the top of the board. (what I’ve been told)
Ive had a few weeks over 3600 miles and I’m still new. Definitely couldn’t be doing better anywhere else.
Does this include 15% goat feed supplement?
Here we go again....every single thread turns into this.
I literally LOL'd when I read this.
And the answer from my team partner,is a big,NO!! If you guys were going to try and get him to apply at OD...
Hands down OD is the highest paying line haul outfit there ever gonna be. We got a guy, runs out of Portland pull trips makes so much money bought his Spanish woman a new Kia Armante.
"Is this in the Karmin Ghia Family?"
No that is covered by the per diem deduction on our taxes. We got a special dispensation from the IRS because of the added expense.
Same in the southeast, but working for either has some drawbacks that aren’t worth the extra pay.
Agree 100%. I'll stay green!!
Mighty fine of him, but the driver still has to do a pre-trip. von.
