So we going to get that money back :biglaugh:

I never will never understand how Obama converted all that money to a foreign currency to get around sanctions put in place by the United States of America and then gave the money to a state sponsor of TERRORISM!!!!!!!!!

    Oh look Russians :poke:

I guess the USA can say we want out. The Iran is free to go back to making nukes if they want to.
Europe, Russia and China are not going to reinstate sanctions and lose business.
So what would be out our upside beside pleasing his base?
Might be Trump and Netanyaho want an excuse to go to war with Iran.
Just what we need more wars

Why would we adhere to the deal, Iran hasn't, they stopped when plane got unloaded, so as flimsy as it was to begin with it no longer exists.

all this deal did was kick the can down the road
thus something Barry and the boys would not have to worry about
not that Barry was worried anyway after all he loves the idea of Iran going nuclear, in his mind its only fair for everyone to have nukes
the problem is the leadership of Iran is attached to a cult of death
the USA and Soviets had something to live for thus MAD
the Iranians want and welcome death, its a different mentality

And your sources wouldn't tell you that since that would make Obama look like the idiot that he is.

I'm just picking a random thread on nukes to ask a question. I'm reading that North Korea is planning on testing a missile that can reach the west coast of America soon. Wouldn't the U.S. pick up a launch detection from a satellite and have time to shoot it down? The flight time should give them that option. Right? If it was shot down the nuke wouldn't detonate would it ? Exactly how would that go down from a technical standpoint? What's the point in North Korea doing this? I didn't want to start a thread for just a simple question.

I hear ya! Why with all our technology at hand we can't shoot down a missile before getting to the 7 mile mark, just keep shooting them down-Whack-a-mole style

If we have the capability, we should start shooting all of them down just to show the pot bellied punk that he is wasting his time launching them.

It's one thing for his missiles to land in the Sea of Japan but how in the hell does he think they can make it all the way over the Pacific Ocean. How many miles would that be? They wouldn't make it half way before being shot down.

My question was never really answered. If you shot down a nuclear tipped missile would it detonate over Pacific Ocean? I don't think it works that way. I remember a movie with Steven Segal called "Under Seige" in which this played out and the missile was destroyed but the nuke didn't detonate. I'm not a rocket scientist. Does anyone know if the nuke would detonate?

I've wondered that myself. Just guessing, but it probably depends on if the bomb structure was destroyed, and if the trigger was destroyed? A nuke seems to be a delicate mechanism (I think), needing a perfect balance to work. If it survived intact, it might go bang on hitting the water. I'd take that as opposed to hitting the USA.

It would hit the water from miles up. I think for that distance, they are above The atmosphere? The water would be hard like the ground at that speed.I doubt if it becomes a Steven Segall movie scenario, where it's intact and sinks.
