ODFL | PTO questions from a new driver

Hey everyone, quick questions about PTO..

Does it start from day 1? And how does it accumulate??

Also where can I view available hours on the website? I don't see it anywhere..

They pro rate the hours your given from when you start to how much of the years left and you do start with time off I believe

and it doesn’t accrue they just dump all your hours in on your hire on anniversary date

Accrues from hire date. You can begin to use it on your 61st day of employment. On the workday app log into the desktop version and it will take you to ESS where you can see your payroll, hours worked for the week etc and your PTO balance. Accrues at a rate of 2.08 hours a week at least where I am. I’m in the south so we get less than everyone else.
