Has any one seen PT's hooked to Freight sets, since the pilot program?

Are they being used to meet company drivers doing meet runs?

It appears that LOU is setting up a meet with PTs to KC and NHS. The only company power will be at LOU.

Bid starts 10-14.

It's penciled in as the 8th of 8. I wonder which run will get cut due to lack of freight? 7 - all company or 8 - PT hybrid?

Is this the new trend? All new runs will be Contracts? At least partially?
